Following the celebration of diamonds during the month of April, Jewelry Television® (JTV) is dedicating the month of May to gold. JTV will offer customers gold jewelry in nearly every style and variation. Special programming events beginning today will include ''Color & Karat,'' featuring gemstones set in gold; ''True Brilliance,'' for diamonds set in gold and ''Exclusively gold,'' which highlights gold jewelry . JTV also plans to hold a preview event on May 13 and 14, ahead of the Vicenza show, where gold and silver artisans present their handcrafted jewelry styles. On May 29, JTV will air a commemorative show to honor the anniversary of Sillace™ by Splendido Oro™ --artisan inspired Italian jewelry-- with special guest Federico Terenzoni. “In societies throughout the ages, gold has always been highly valued, often serving as a symbol of power, strength, wealth, happiness, and love,” said Marti Wry, a gold buyer at JTV. “Gold jewelry is the epitome of affluence and extravagance because it makes a statement that is classic yet always in style.”
