Designer Susan Helmich has introduced the Promise Angel pendant to support the Angels Among Us network, a group of volunteers who raise money for the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University in North Carolina. Each part of the Angel has significance: The crossed wings represent trust, the interior of the wings represents the flame of hope and the dual-sided design represents the continuing efforts of the tumor center at Duke and its supporters. The Promise Angel was unveiled at Jolly’s Jewelers and Silversmiths in Raleigh, North Carolina, where store owner Frank Ragsdale donated 50 percent of the proceeds from sales to the Angels Among Us network. The Promise Angel is available in sterling silver, 14-karat gold and gold with diamonds. It is available to any retailers who wish to support this cause or any institution that supports research on brain cancer or brain tumors. To find out more, visit angelswithattitudes.com.
